Il settore edilizio, responsabile del 40% dei consumi energetici e del 36% delle emissioni di CO2 in Europa, richiede un&#8217;accelerazione nel processo di rinnovamento e transizione verso edifici smart e green. In Italia, l\u201984,5% del patrimonio edilizio risale a prima del 1990 e la percentuale annua di ristrutturazioni resta sotto l\u20191%. La mancanza di competenze aggiornate tra gli installatori rappresenta uno dei principali ostacoli alla trasformazione del settore.
