font-weight: inherit;\">percorso formativo \u00e8 rivolto agli AMMINISTRATORI territoriali dei Servizi delle Acli a livello provinciale e regionale, con l\u2019obiettivo di rafforzare un set integrato di competenze tecnico-professionali e di competenze trasversali al fine di potenziare l\u2019esercizio dirigenziale di coloro che sono chiamati a ricoprire, oggi e per il prossimo futuro, ruoli apicali nel sistema ACLI ed esercitare spirito di leadership.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Il percorso&nbsp; si \u00e8 articolato in seminari in presenza e moduli elearning, nell\u2019arco di circa due anni, con avvio nel 2022 e conclusione a fine 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La formazione ha previsto due percorsi paralleli e integrati:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif;\"> <b>presenza <\/b>in modalit\u00e0 seminari<b> (durata: 18 ore)<\/b> rivolta ad un gruppo ristretto di amministratori aclisti, precedentemente individuati nelle diverse strutture di appartenenza.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>ll Percorso elearning \u00e8 stato organizzato in&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Unit\u00e0 formative&nbsp;<\/span>e ciascuna unit\u00e0 \u00e8 poi sviluppata nel corso di pi\u00f9&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">videolezioni&nbsp;<\/span>della durata media di 10 minuti, curate e realizzate da docenti<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&nbsp;<\/span>qualificati, esperti del tema e dirigenti del sistema Acli. Le videolezioni sono state corredate da&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">supporti didattici grafici<\/span>&nbsp;messi a punto ad hoc (mappe concettuali, immagini, animazioni, ecc) realizzate da ENAIP NAZIONALE che accompagnando l&#8217;esposizione del docente, possono favorire l&#8217;apprendimento e la memorizzazione dei
